We believe in providing our customers with the best possible online shopping experience. That's why we offer FREE  Shipping across Canada. 


Here's everything you need to know about our free shipping policy:

  1. Eligibility: Our free shipping policy applies to orders placed on our website, regardless of the order amount, to a delivery address in a Canadian Province.

  1. Delivery Time: We aim to ship your order within 5 business days of receiving it. However, please note that shipping times may vary depending on the availability of the item, your location, and other factors beyond our control.

  1. Shipping Carrier: We partner with trusted and reliable shipping carriers to ensure that your order is delivered to your door in a timely and safe manner. Please note that we do not offer expedited shipping options at this time.

Delivery and Assembly:

  1. Doorstep Delivery for Small items:
    Small items like décor, poufs, ottomans and dining chairs, are delivered FREE to your door. Some of these items may require minor assembly. We'll include easy-to-follow instructions as needed to ensure that you can enjoy your new purchase as soon as possible.

  1. In Home Delivery for Large Items:
    Larger Furniture pieces such as cabinets, dining tables, sofas and beds, are delivered FREE and assembled by our Team. We’ll even take away the packaging at your approval if you are sure you will be keeping your new purchase.

  • Delivery by Appointment
    Prior to delivery you will be called and asked to schedule a convenient delivery time.

  • Delivery Preparation:
    Please be sure to clear all hallways and walkways to make delivering your fabulous new pieces a breeze.

  • Appointment Rescheduling:
    We know sometimes things change. If you need to reschedule your appointment less than 24 hours before your scheduled delivery time, there will be $125 charge (plus applicable taxes)


Order Cancellation 

Got cold feet about your order? Don't sweat it; we've all had second thoughts.  

 

If your order hasn’t shipped, we can process a cancellation easily and send you a refund. Send an email to wecare@styleinformant.com with your Invoice# and the subject line "CANCELLATION” 

If your order has already hit the road and is traveling to get to you, we’ll need to do things differently. Here’s the details:

  • For larger items, there's a fee of $150 plus applicable tax.

  • For smaller pieces, there's a fee of $75 plus tax.

  • These charges apply even if your package hasn't arrived at your doorstep. Why? Because those items need to make a round-trip back to our warehouse.

So, if you want to make a change, give us a shout sooner rather than later. We're more agile when your stuff is still with us, not on a truck heading your way.


Items that arrive damaged

We're committed to ensuring your order arrives in nothing less than perfect condition. Please inspect all items carefully before accepting the delivery.  
Should you notice any defects or damages upon receiving your items, get in touch with us within 24 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Steps to Return Damaged Product:

  1. Send an email to wecare@styleinformant.comwith your Invoice# and the subject line "DAMAGE CLAIM"

  1. Include multiple, clear, good quality photos of the damaged product and all packaging.

  1. Please take photos from multiple angles and include clear close-up shots of all damaged areas, including damaged packaging.

  1. A customer care team member will reach out to you with next steps.


Returns

At styleinformant.com, we want you to love your space, and we understand that sometimes things just don't work out.

 

Doorstep Delivery Return Fees:

  • A standard return shipping fee of $75 + applicable taxes will be deducted from your refund or applied to your exchange.

  • If you no longer have the original packaging, an additional repackaging fee of $75 will be charged.

In Home Delivery Return Fees:

  • For items delivered through our In-Home Delivery service, a set return shipping charge of $175 + applicable taxes will be deducted from your refund or applied to your exchange.

  • If you no longer have the original packaging, an additional repackaging fee of $75 will be charged.

Why Do We Charge a Return Fee?

  • The return fees help us cover the expenses of labor and shipping to ensure your items return to our warehouse in tip-top shape.

Warranty

All Style Informant products come with a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty on defects in workmanship and material from the date the item was delivered.

Our one-year warranty is more than just a handshake; it's our commitment to quality, beginning the day your purchase arrives at your residence. However, there are some caveats you should be aware of:

  1. Intended Use: Our warranty remains valid only when the products are used as they're meant to be. Any alterations or modifications will immediately void the warranty.

  1. Exclusions: We can't cover damages that result from misuse, accidents, or "acts of God" like floods or fires. Essentially, if it's beyond the realm of normal usage or maintenance, it's beyond our warranty coverage.

  1. Wood Pieces: Given that wood is a natural material, it can be sensitive to environmental shifts like humidity changes. Should warping, cracking, or splitting occur, and you've not followed our care guidelines, the warranty won't apply.

  1. Fabric & Fillings: Normal wear and tear on upholstery, including but not limited to fading, pilling, and staining, as well as compression of cushion fillings, fall outside the scope of our warranty.

  1. Transferability: Our warranty is for you and you alone. It's non-transferable, so it won't apply to second-hand or resold items. Also, unless explicitly marked as 'Commercial Grade,' our products aren't warrantied for commercial use.

In summary, treat your purchase well and we'll stand by its quality for two full years. For any warranty-related queries or concerns, please contact us directly.
